Eligibility

You may request a refund within 3 days of receiving your item if:

  • The product is damaged
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item is not as described

Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required (invoice or order number)
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective
